On Friday, October 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, a General Assembly was held at the Youth Center in Driouch to establish the "Federation of Language Proficiency and Cultural Exchange." The agenda included the following points:
- Discussion of the bylaws
- Election of the governing board members
After a thorough discussion of the bylaws, they were approved by the assembly. The governing board members were then democratically elected, resulting in the following structure:
